Day of Wedding Coordination Package

· Wedding Rehearsal coordination
· Distribute final itinerary to vendors the week of wedding
· Arrive 2 Hours prior to Ceremony
· Overseeing set-up and design
· Meet & Greet Guests
· Assistance with corsages, boutonnières, wedding flowers etc,
· Lining up and cuing the wedding party
· Making sure your dress and train are perfect before you walk down the aisle
· Gathering wedding party and family for pictures
· Cuing entertainment for guest arrival, ceremony etc.
· Answering guest questions and concerns throughout the day
· Supervising and communicating with the chef and catering staff
